Robert Rose

Robert is an author, strategist and storyteller in Los Angeles. He is also Chief Strategy Officer of the Content Marketing Institute. Robert innovates creative and technical strategies for a wide variety of clientele, including AT&T, The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Petco, and Caterpillar, ADP, Fairchild Semiconductor and KPMG tell their story more effectively using digital content strategies.

Michael Aagaard

Michael Aagaard is generally known as one of the most passionate and enthusiastic people in the CRO industry. Michael is a sought after international keynote speaker and he brings his own special kind of crazy to every stage he gets on. He has worked full time with Conversion Optimization since 2008 and has helped companies all over the world create better experiences for their customers.

Carol Smith

Carol is Senior UX Researcher at Uber ATG and a UX mentor & speaker. She is a business-minded UX researcher who challenges teams to make data informed decisions. In her 16-year user experience design career she has successfully led research projects for large corporations, government agencies and non-profits. This experience includes conducting hundreds of user research and usability studies and managing successful teams and projects.

Andy Crestodina

Andy is a speaker, author and co-founder/strategic director for Orbit Media Studios in Chicago. Over the past 15 years, Andy has provided web strategy and advice to more than a thousand businesses. He has over a decade of digital experience grounded in uncovering user and business insights that can drive creation of meaningful products and experiences. Amy Harrison

Amy is a professional sales copywriter, consultant and speaker from Brighton, United Kingdom. In her keynote, she will teach you to say NO to boring business content. She’s a sought-after copywriter and content-trainer who teaches businesses how to avoid drab business content and instead write copy customers love to read.

Phil Balagtas

Phil is an experience design director at McKinsey & Company working with a variety of industries to transform and enhance digital businesses and strategies. He is also the founder and organizer of the Speculative Futures meetup in San Francisco and Austin,TX and most recently organized the PRIMER conference. An educator and futurist, his events bring together design futurists from all over the world to teach and speak about strategies for designing for the future and the ethical challenges around emerging technologies.

John Fimiani

John is partner and brand + strategy director at Upward Brand Interactions. He specializes in building and positioning brands with fresh ideas and effective strategies that are rooted in thorough research, drive home unique value propositions, and capture market share.

Nathan Vega

Nathan Vega is VP, Product and Business Development at Columbus Collaboratory, bringing to market products and services in cybersecurity and analytics. Nathan started his career at IBM where he built skills and took on a wide variety of roles over 15 years. Before leaving IBM, Nathan was an Offering manager working on IBM’s cloud platform, Bluemix, where he successfully brought Watson to market as a set of APIs.

Stuart Crane

Stuart Crane is a software entrepreneur and the founder/CEO of Voice Metrics. He began his career in 1986 working at Battelle in Columbus, specializing in database management and software development. In 1993 he co-founded CPR+, which became the leading enterprise system to the Specialty Pharmacy industry. After selling that business in 2013, Stuart has been building voice apps on Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.

Morgan Griffith

Morgan is Vice President of Digital Strategy at Mercy Health, responsible for system-wide digital strategy for the largest health care system in the state of Ohio. Over the course of her career, Morgan has led teams in the start-up, software, technology, nonprofit and health care sectors in establishing and implementing enterprise-wide digital strategies.

Greg Weyman

Greg Weyman is vice president of marketing & ecommerce for Cincinnati-based Basco Shower Enclosures. In this role, he led the shift from traditional to digital marketing by launching the Basco e-commerce division in 2015. Since then, the company has partnered with six of the top ten e-commerce sites, experienced triple digit annual growth rates and transformed e-commerce into a formidable, multi-million dollar sales channel. Prior to Basco, Greg spent over 15 years with various marketing agencies, most recently serving as Senior Director of Strategy & Planning with New York-based Eric Mower & Associates.

Sherri Swabb

Sherri Swabb is Director of Marketing at Yaskawa Motoman. She is responsible for developing and executing a clearly defined marketing strategy that supports Yaskawa’s direct, and channel, sales growth objectives in The Americas. Her foundation in finance predisposes her to be focused on providing a strong ROI from marketing investments. This results-oriented leadership style has helped Sherri gain the respect and confidence of the c-suite.
